Acceptance of the Terms

One-account-per-user Policies

Account Accuracy Obligations

You agree to maintain accurate information about your account, including email address, password, and other details. If we suspect any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided by you, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account temporarily until such time as these issues can be resolved.

Account Security Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, email address, password).
• Any losses due to hacking, phishing, or other security breaches will not be reimbursed.
• Ensure that your device and internet connection meet our minimum requirements to prevent technical problems.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

• Your email address is a critical component in ensuring access to your account. Be sure it's current at all times!
• Use strong password practices: combine characters, symbols & numbers; avoid dictionary-based words.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Please do not:

• Cheat or collude with other players while playing on Melbourne Poker.
• Abuse promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty points, etc., either through gaming sessions alone or in conjunctions between friends outside of actual online game activity.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

• All promotional offers (bonuses) have their own terms which could supersede some rules stated here; please see individual offer descriptions to get more detailed.
• Bonus funds can be subject to rollover limits as indicated under each specific campaign section, depending on different stakes types supported by those participating games.
